Went in to have my car looked over and honestly it could not have gone better- The front desk lady (Wendy?) was beyond helpful and friendly. The guys (techs?) were friendly too-All if my questions were answered -will definitely be going back when I need service or will call them if I need a tow. Thanks again!!!!
Felix Auto is the best. They are very professional, and do great work. They're also very friendly and fun to banter with.😃 I always bring my vehicle to them, and I recommend them to anyone.
I asked the front desk lady if I could wait in the the waiting room and said “well it’s a drop off soooo you’ll drop it off and come back later.” The mechanic mumbled “dumb”at me after she finished. They have a whole waiting room and proceeded to not let me stay and said come back for my car later. I sat outside under a tree at their establishment for three hours. When I came back in the lady was still being a asshat and had attitude. Ridiculous. Rude and unprofessional. Trash workers. And now omitting, lying, and trash workers

Jun 24, 2023Intoxalock scheduled your breathalizer to be installed today, unfortunately they scheduled it with us as you were dropping the vehicle off. We did not say you could not wait for it in our waiting area - just simply that you did not have a specific appointment. You asked to verify your phone number and left so we assumed you were being picked up. Our mechanic did not say "dumb" to or about you. We did pull your vehicle in as soon as we were able to (within a half hour of being dropped off) and unfortunately the Intoxalock install times are 2-3 hours with any vehicle. Upon picking the vehicle up we offered to run through the instructions with you, but you chose to try to figure it out yourself, but could not get the equipment to work. We ran through the instructions on how to use your ignition interlock system and got you on your way. We apologize Intoxalock did not tell you that your vehicle was scheduled to be dropped off, we have tried to reiterate this with Intoxalock on numerous occasions. We did get it completed as soon as we could.
They were so prompt, respectful of my car, from phone call to payment to towing to my house 30mins. Would use them over and over.
Very fast service, very polite and respectful staff! They handled my needs wonderfully!
I called other named towing companies and they wanted to charge $75 to open my car door. Felix came over in less than 15 mins and had my car door opened in less than 3 minutes. Justin was a wonderful, caring person who came back and charged my battery because I left my key in the ignition. (🥴) Thank you so much Justin and Felix Auto and Tire. ❤️

Not a fan of the $60 a day for storage of my car after it was towed. I understand every business needs to make a profit, but charging this over the Christmas holiday made it cost prohibitive to get my vehicle back. This business called me for the title after I surrendered the vehicle. At least they did not threaten or seem angry when I didn't have it. There's a lot of nuance to this situation which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1 star

May 24, 2023This vehicle was involved in an accident making the 1994 Pontiac Bonneville undriveable, as it had heavy front suspension damage. The accident occurred early on 12/23 and we would have gladly towed it anywhere for you if you were able to pay for the tow bill as we were open until 5pm that day. Unfortunately when you have no insurance and are involved in an accident you don't have a lot of options. Every towing company in Oshkosh charges an impound/storage fee for impounded cars.
Today I was in Oshkosh when my vehicle had transmission issues. I called Felix and the lady on the phone was so polite and helpful. And to the gentleman who towed my vehicle an hour to where I’m from was so kind, respected my vehicle, and made a bad day better. Thank you to all of you, I’m so thankful!

They do great work and the people are awesome! Felix Auto has been maintaining both of my vehicles for years - '14 Dart and '19 Forester. I gladly drive from Appleton and have no regrets.

Estimate for brakes and quick struts was almost $1,000.00 higher than Used Treads in Neenah. I initially went in for an estimate on the struts but was informed that I needed all new brakes because they were "metal on metal and could easily catch fire." Fortunately I got a second opinion which revealed that my brakes are perfectly fine - I don't even need brake pads yet. 8-22-22 Update: My brakes are still fine.
