Excellent service, staff, and work, Very professional, and they keep you well informed of everything going on. One of the better businesses in the area. Would recommend them for any body or service work.

I took my 2021 Lexus to Bergstrom. They fixed it beautifully. Although, it did take about a month to get completed

Body shop repaied rear body and bumper damage. Entire experience was excellent. Everyone I worked with were friendly, personable and professional. Shop was neat and well organized. Car looks great. Only great things to say about doing business here.

Truck was in a accident, took over a month amf a half for then to forward the estimate to my insurance. Then never had the rear bumper on estimate, called and mentioned that 2 month ago still never updated my claim.....

I have never been treated with more disrespect than I received from Mike the “manager” at the body shop. I was also told that they weren’t going to touch my rear end (from an accident) until my brakes were fixed. I will never take my vehicle to this location again. Every person that I encountered there was nothing but rude to me.

I brought my car in to get repaired and these guys did an amazing job. Communication was always clear and messages always retuned despite them being so busy. After picking up my car I realized they had practically detailed the entire inside! AMAZING. I feel REALLY bad for whoever did that because I’m sure they found everything from French fries to goldfish. I’ll go back again and would highly recommend this crew.
