One reason I'll never go here again. Being a supposed Profesional, a mechanic should know where to hoist your vehicle up at. The last time I was here, he put the lift arms under my car, soon as it starts lifting I here a crunch!! Never asked him what it was because I knew he'd deny it. But soon as I left, I got down on my back and found the whole passenger side rocker panel was cracked in 3 big pieces. I am meticulous about keeping my work vehicle clean and know 100% it was not there. He broke it when he hoisted it. Didn't think much about it but knew it would rust there. And sure enough the only issue with my cars exterior is a huge section of rocker panel that fell off today leaving behind all the rust behind it from when it broke. And all because it was hoisted wrong. How do you screw that up?! And I guarantee he never would of took responsibility for breaking it. It's bull S!
