I've lived in Madison for 3 years and I'm so sad it took me this long to find Wright's Auto Service. I used to go to a shop that was closer to my work so I could drop the car off and still be able to walk to work but after going to Wright's I can honestly say I would go far far far out of my way to have them work on my car. They are a true gem in Madison. They are as honest and as trustworthy of an auto service as you will find anywhere in the world. Tom the owner is extremely kind as is his daughter who works there as well. My old shop told me I needed 4 new brake pads, all new rotors, and new calipers (on a 7 year old car) and quoted me a price of $1,300+. I took the car to Wrights and it turns out I only needed the front brake pads done and they were able to do it for less than a quarter of that price. They also texted me pictures of the worn out brake pads so I could see them before having any work done, which I really appreciated. I am so much more at peace having found Wrights Auto Service and I can't imagine ever taking a car somewhere else. Thanks so much!!!
