My original review was written too soon apparently. So the issue that was supposedly fixed reoccurred like a week later. We called to tell them it still wasn’t fixed. Jason said he would call us after he finished working on the car he was currently working on. He never called us back……ever. He kept pushing off our calls. The brakes were GRINDING after 2 months of owning the car but supposedly they were new. Bought the car in March 2022 and been sitting in the driveway since August 2022. Obviously this guy is a used car salesman in the most literal sense possible. I now own a $6000 driveway decoration. Do you want to come buy it Jason? Really disappointed and now I tell everyone I know not to go there. If we had received a call back and he actually stood by his work I would have been happy. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!My boyfriend and I bought a car from Jason about a month ago. It started having a lurching/grinding sound shortly after we bought it. We took it back to Jason and he fixed the problem and didn’t charge us. He stands behind his work and is a man of his word. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car or have repairs done. These guys are amazing!

I love having a mechanic I can trust to do a competent job at a fair price, even if you are a female customer. Ladies, this is the place to go to avoid getting price gouged. They’re super nice and easy to work with! And way cheaper than a dealer!

6/23/2023 - My 2006 Chrysler 300C died in May. We were trying to find a replacement engine, when I came across a 2012 Chrysler 300C for sale. The pictures showed a car that had very few miles on it and very clean. For an eleven y/o car, there are surprisingly few nicks and dents. Jason, the "J" in K&J Auto Sales and Service in Oregon, WI, was personable and professional and gave us the vibe that he was honest and fair. We test drove the car, he answered our questions and we made a deal and I'm now the owner of a beautiful car. One that I can feel sure that it's going to be relatively trouble free for some time. He's a mechanic and he told us of all the things he replaced/repaired. We did take it to another mechanic in Stoughton, but they were too busy to do a buyer's inspection. We believed that Jason had fixed all major issues, and so we bought it sans an inspection. The last thing Jason said to us was, "If you have any problems, come see me." We appreciate the offer, Jason, and appreciate the fact that you back up your work. We are considering taking our Chrysler to K&J in Oregon, WI, even though we live on Madison's North side. Nice to have the name of an honest mechanic in your back pocket. Give Jason of K&J your business, you won't regret it!
