I had an alignment check done after replacing a bunch of front end parts and it turns out I need more front end parts to properly do a complete alignment. I am currently out of work and my wife is on maternity leave so all I could afford was for them to align it as best they could for now and it came out just fine but they quoted me almost $1000 to replace the upper and lower ball joint on one side and I don't understand why they would try to overcharge me so much

Great Customer Service!! It sucks getting car repairs, but the staff was very friendly and explained everything about my alignment.
This owner is not a nice guy. We have had our vehicles serviced there for years, and when the owner is there it is an unpleasant experience. The rest of the guys are very nice. After years of going there he still charges me almost 100 dollars just to look at my brakes for 5 minutes to tell me what is wrong. Total rip off.
Back in April I had an issue with a sensor in one of the wheels of my SUV. These guys were able to resolve a potentially expensive repair with a simple and inexpensive fix. I would trust them to see what the problem is and figure out the best corrective action for the customer.
Just checking out tire prices.
