My wife and I bought a cart in Spring 2022 for use at a campground. It ran fine but last week it started to smell like burning plastic. I stopped last week and Bob, the owner, gave me some things to check on the cart. It still smelled like burning plastic and last night it died. Apparently a wire shorted out and fried the motor. I contacted them this morning about 9am. By 11am they had come to the campground and picked it up. By 4pm they had dropped it off with a replacement motor. No charge because it was still under their 6 month warranty. Could not be happy with their service. Thank you Master Carts!
