Used Caliber through Geico insurance and had a very simple and easy experience. The damages were fixed professionally and within a week. It's a shame I totaled the car a few weeks later and all the hard work was completely wasted.

The team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing. The body work, and the paint job sure makes the car look like brand new again. Everyone was very nice, and the building was well taken care of.

My wife was in a accident and caliber was the place the other insurance company sent us to have it fixed and I believe they are relatively new I believe so we were a little hesitant but they did a excellent job fixing the car and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy and we would HIGHLY recommend this place . I came out to a huge scratch on my car, I called around to multi shops, and they were booked up for weeks... just for an estimate. I called and talked to Steve, and he got me in right away. He took a look at it and asked if he could have one of his techs look at it. He brought my car back into the shop, and about 20 min later, it was gone! Steve buffed the scratch out and saved me from having to do a claim. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Steve and his workers were so friendly and helpful.

Was t-boned and Caliber was recommended. They had our 4-runner for about 2 weeks and we picked it up today. The vehicle looks brand new!!! They did a fantastic job! Absolutely can not tell the SUV was ever hit. The also did paint work and it was perfect. Thank you Alex for all your help. A++++

I live in Michigan and I was driving home to Wisconsin. I got in a car crash during the drive and there wasn’t any auto shop that would look at it for about 2-3 weeks after I dropped it off. Caliber Collision was able to look at the next day when I dropped it off. They send me updates on what they were doing and how much longer it would take. They were very helpful and was able to get my car back to me in a month. Other shops, it would’ve been about 2 months to get it back. Highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed here, they were all very nice and helpful. Military friendly as well, which was great.

Awesome experience with Caliber Collision. After hitting a deer, Dean & Travis Stadler helped me get my truck back fast. They made sure I had it just in time when I needed it the most. The new parts, body work, & paint job made my truck look brand new. To my surprise they even cleaned it up super nice for me. Thanks for great work guys!
