While my car ended up be a total loss, the staff was amazing and friendly throughout the whole process. They were very quick and efficient as well and since they work directly with my insurance company, the process did not take very long. About 24 hours after I dropped my car off they had the estimate and it was sent to my insurance. The whole process took less than 48 hours and helped me move onto the next step instead of sitting in limbo. Three words to summarize would be, Friendly, Professional and Efficient.
