caliber Collision did an incredible job working with my insurance company keeping me updated on the process even was able to get my car in sooner than they had anticipated and did a great job on the work. There was severe driver side damage from a deer hit you can’t even tell anything happened. highly recommend!

I was rear ended. Went in to Caliber for an estimate they gave me the estimate. They ordered in the bumper. Set the appointment up for the day after Chrismas They kept in contact with me. I brought my 22 ford f 150 in after I got done working on that Tuesday. My truck was done sooner than I expected like a day sooner. Gina and Tammy and the rest of the crew were very helpful and performed amazing customer service. I would go back again and would totally recommend them. David and his full BEARD is AMAZING!! After a sugar beet tried to take me out 😆, David put Blaque Widow back together better than ever. David worked with various companies to restore my custom grill and replaced my headlights. Allstate, who? He took care of that matter too; no need for me to do anything but wait!! And all of this was done in a timely manner!! David superceded my expectations!! WE BRAND NEW AGAIN 😆 🤣 Oh, and Caliber, you have a gem of an employee. You let him go, I'm not coming back!!! Blaque Widow FYI First image, you can only see the headlight missing. Everything behind the headlight light and radiation frame was damaged, including my grill. Caliber purchased a new grill and had another company paint and wrap it. All I had to do was give them the custom color info, THATS IT!! Ya'll would be crazy to go somewhere else. 🙄 😂

Very happy with Caliber Collision's service, communication, and quality of repair at the Empire Lane location in Plymouth, MN. (Please note that there are many Caliber locations, and two even in Plymouth. Your mileage may vary, and your insurance may have agreements with one shop and not the next!) The service advisor, David, kept me informed throughout the process and handled the communication with the insurance estimators and claims people smoothly. Parts and labor rates seemed reasonable, and came in at what I was quoted. This is the second time I have used Caliber at this location and I definitely recommend them, if you have a choice.
