Exceptional service. I have a high mileage ten year old car that had some self-inflicted body damage. The initial quote for repair was more than the car’s trade value. I went to Root River and I couldn’t be more pleased. The body work came out below quote and looks better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend anyone needing auto body work to visit Root River before signing off on the preferred repair shops the insurance adjuster recommends.
I had a great experience and would highly advise anybody to go here. They fixed my driver side door and mirror. The paint was matched perfectly with the rest of the car. They are completely honest and fair. They exceeded my expectations.
I had a great experience from start to finish! I had a pretty good dent in my front fender. I walked in, steve took a look at my car, gave me a quote, I put a deposit down & then he ordered me a new front fender. It came in less than a week & he got me in the next day. They had my car finished in 3 hours and it looks good as new!! Super friendly as well. Thank you!

I had a pretty deep dent in the fender of my civic and Steve and his crew did a beautiful job fixing it. They were very flexible with my schedule and got my car finished very quickly. The car looks as good as it did when I first bought it I'm super satisfied!
