Had my truck there for body work thru Progressive insurance claim. Overall they originally did a good job. My problem now is the caliper sticking on the front left side. Caliber doesn't offer the mechanical stuff so they had a partner shop look it over. I had to rent a car and take off work in order to have that shop do the work, no big deal as i thought it was going to be fixed, but now that shop claimed its wear and tear and won't fix it as apart of the original claim. I'm so upset with this whole ordeal because the amount of damage that was done to my left side and most of the work done was left front driver side. I never had a issue with that caliper sticking prior to accident. This was all a waste of time, effort and money. I believe Caliber should've told the shop to fix it as there was signs of damage and many parts replaced in that area. It was not wear and tear. They just didn't wanna follow thru and do the right thing in this situation. I won't be taking any more vehicles to them.
