Horrible customer service. I call for a part and it’s in stock tell them I will be in to pick up the last one they have and asked to please put my name on it and was told just tell us when you get here what part you wanted ( only one in stock) Next wife calls with a part number for another part to see if it’s also in stock and again In stock and blew her off just as bad. Food for thought if you hate your job quit business owners do not need Attitude and poor customer service from a parts house we depend on as much as they depend on our purchases. We have Napa weavers and many other options to choose from value us and we will value you. As of now these will be the last parts we buy from this location.

The store I dealt with is located in Baraboo, WI. My friend attempted to start my car last night & some lights flashed but the car didn't start. After returning from dinner, I checked my car & no lights worked. This morning I called my son in TX. He said to call Auto Zone & tell them what happened. Dave answered. He was great!! When he found out I was recovering from a knee replacement, he made a house call. Within minutes, my car had a new battery & was running. I can't drive for 2 more weeks, but my car is available for friends who drive me on errands. Thanks Dave and thanks Auto Zone!! Sue
