They're honestand knowledgeable, explain things if needed without treating me like a dumb female, and they don't recommend unnecessary work because they think that I won't know better. #femaleSafeAutoPlace

Our family was about to go on vacation when we realized our car had a problem, JJs diagnosed it as a bad bearing and was able to fix it and get us on the road quickly so we could continue our trip. Can't thank them enough!

Myself and my wife are faithful customers and always will be. Last week a check engine came on and I brought it in since it was time for an oil change anyway. After looking my vehicle over they contacted me and said the light was not on and they did not detect anything wrong with the vehicle. Honesty. Integrity. I will ALWAYS recommend JJs first and foremost!

Had the radiator go over the weekend. Dropped my vehicle off and left the key and paperwork. Monday morning i called and they were booked all week and not taking any new appts. Denis called later that day and told me what was wrong and gave me the estimate. I agreed to proceed and even with a delay in parts, all the work they had booked, they still had my vehicle ready on friday! 20+ years as a customer and they have ALWAYS taken care of me.
