Dodged my calls and refused to answer questions about work they had done. They replaced a fuel pump. Worked for a bit, then failed again. I tried to call them in a very friendly and non-confrontational way to speak to them about whether their parts dealer might offer a warrently. It was really a simple question and I didn't even pressure them about it. They told me they'd call be back but then they proceeded to dodge my calls and voicemails for weeks. Any self respecting shop would just call me back and explain the situation. They chose to act like children.

Shop up in Hayward tried telling me this bearing wasn’t purchasable he would have to do entire drive shaft quoted me $1200 parts and labor….. these guys found bearing for me running smooth again for under an hour labor. Rare to find a shop this honest any more!
