I was literally stranded on the side of the road, halfway between Madison and the Twin Cities (pulled off at a gas station in New Lisbon when my car lost almost all power), I looked up mechanics nearby, saw Bunker and called. They immediately got me in for a diagnostic of my Hyundai Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid. (They said they'd never seen one in their shop before, but they could plug 'er in!) The outstanding service tech (Marshall) was really friendly and spent about 20 minutes helping me to diagnose and understand the error code that was thrown—in a cold downpour, I might add. When I had asked over the phone how much he would charge me for the visit, he said "I don't know if we'll be able to do the work for you, but no charge for the diagnostic." (What a difference from a dealership experience!) They were true to their word. Once he cleared the error code (we think maybe it was the mouse's nest causing some issues under the hood!), the car started running smoothly with plenty of power again. He went with me on a 10-minute shake-down just to make sure the code didn't come right back. As I was leaving, Mike pulled into the parking lot, and we chatted. I explained the situation, he gave me a thumbs-up and wished me luck in the rest of my trip. I made it to the Twin-Cities only about an hour late, and had no issues on the 4-hour trip home the next day. These guys are great, and I called them because of their Google review/rating—so here's just another happy customer chiming in. Thanks, guys!
