DO NOT COME HERE. Paid them for a pre-purchase inspection and they missed the front and rear brakes being shot. I brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection on 12/28/2022 (186104 miles) Paid them $44.99 for this inspection. They found a control arm bushing that needed repairs. I purchased the vehicle based on knowing this one repair. Fast forward to March 15th, 2023. Not even 3 months (I put 1,328 miles on this vehicle) after the supposed pre-purchase "inspection", the rear brakes need to be fully replaced (calipers, brake pads and rotors) and the front brakes will also need to be fully replaced very soon. The odometer was at 187432 when I brought it in for them to look at the brakes. I informed them that I had just brought this vehicle in to them not even 3 months ago (1,328 miles), how could they have missed the brakes. The mechanic claimed they don't take the tires off during a pre-purchase inspection to look at the brakes, so they wouldn't have noticed it. But they took my wheels off today (3/15/2023) for a $30 inspection and diagnosis of the grinding noise (brakes). What did I pay the $45 for back on 12/28/2022? How do you miss brakes that are THAT bad? DO NOT COME HERE.

I came in after getting my new tires mounted at a different shop. I was on my way out of town and noticed a vibration. I stopped in and they were the only shop to get me in right away. Excellent service, amazing work. They were able to tell my tires were out of balance (badly) and correct the problem at a more than fair price. This is now my new Auto repair shop for anything and everything.

I have been coming to Moorland Auto for the past 3 years for routine oils changes and various car issues along the way. The owner and employees are always very nice, professional and honest. They get me in for an appointment the same day, or as soon as possible. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion, I never felt as I was being overcharged. Even after moving out of the area I choose them over other auto shops.
