**MUST READ ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE USING THEM** Also read the retaliatory responses from the business owner and make your own judgement if you want to deal with such a business owner! How are they still in business!!! Don't use them ever. Their quality of work is always subpar. They will give your car back in worse condition than what you gave them to repair. One of the individuals, I think his name was Ryan, threatened us to not post on Google saying it will "no be very good for you". He said we are the only ones in the Milwaukee area who can service your Tesla and if you say bad about us online, it will not be very good for us. Read other reviews too before going to them. There is a strong trend in the reviews that indicates they are not worth giving your business to. Use Tesla's own service center in Menomonee Falls instead. They are professional and courteous.

Dec2023: So . . . . . The interface referenced here with this customer where we are being awarded with this 1-Star, was a year and half ago (Sept 22, 2022). We recalled the file notes (transcribed below). Gaurav's problem for which he evidently became agitated with us, was in fact due to his own failure to bring a key for his car, not our timing for repair. We do not recommend working with Gaurav File note from General Manager Sept 22, 2022: "Customer came to pick up at 5:29 stating that someone here told him that the car would be done today (we close at 5:30) . I reminded him that he was told the windshield replacement could be done same day if we get the car early enough in the day, otherwise to plan for 2 days (same thing we tell everyone getting a windshield replaced). He dropped off at around 11am because he forgot his key card at home in Milwaukee. No one in fact had called him (as he alleged) because his car was not complete since we only had it for half the day. I let him know that all we had left to do was the road test for the final camera calibration and it would be done in the morning. I was trying to come up with solutions such as... delivering the car in the morning (picking up our free loaner - YES WE HAD ALSO GRACIOUSLY GIVEN HIM A FREE LOANER when he discovered he had failed to purchase rental coverage on his insurance policy). I offered giving him the final ADAS calibration for free, and even staying later and showing him how to finish the drive test so he can just take the car. Everything I said/offered was turned around to be non-helpful and negative. He had a tantrum and proceeded to reprimand everyone in the office for bad communication and threatened to leave bad internet feedback. Delivering the car in the morning, retrieving our loaner AND giving him a discount seemed to solve the issue for now. I still think this customer will leave a bad review." And he did!! We do not recommend working with Gaurav
