Best diesel shop in the industry. Great prices, great products, and the customer service is amazing! I would highly recommend these guys to all diesel enthusiasts.

LDS called twice with price increases, a week apart. We agreed to the first increase, and canceled the order at the second. Bottom line? Long delay, then failed to deliver as advertised. Not recommended. UPDATE: An LDS representative called following the above review. Ultimately they did deliver at what appears to be about $18 less than the original advertised price, overnight.

Oct 24, 2023Unfortunately with GM being on strike and the GM PDC's walking out on 09/22 at noon, our only alternative is to source parts that we do not have physically on the shelf through other GM dealers. When this is done, pricing is at the discretion of that GM dealer. Meaning, they can charge us whatever they want. When this happens it is the customers choice if the extra charge is worth us going after the part needed. In this scenario, the dealer that agreed to the original price, sold the part out from underneath us and we had to source it from yet another dealer who was asking more. This is completely out of our hands. In order to amend this review to our customer, Brent (the owner) contacted the customer. Not only did we sell the part at his original price (under our "new" cost) we also FedEx Next Day Air'd the order on LDS's dollar. Until the GM strike is over and parts become more readily available, this is unfortunately the new norm and the customer acknowledged that fact. With speaking to the customer, he informed Brent that he already place the order through another company but was able to cancel it right away. We can only speculate that the order could be cancelled right away as they also did not have the part on the shelf. All-in-all to get our customer taken care of, we lost money to accommodate the customer and yet still received this two star review.

((BEWARE)) I ordered a set of OEM Bosch feed tubes as advertised by them for my 6.7 Cummins and they sent me Chinese knock offs no part numbers on them I contacted them about the situation but couldn't get no explanation so I contacted Bosch about them they said all there feed tubes has part numbers and they where for sure knock off Chinese junk!!!! I had to pay the return shipping!!!! What a Scammer this company is!!!!!

Oct 24, 2023Jim, I unfortunately can not find an order under the name you provided. None-the-less, the 6.7 feed tubes we sell are Genuine OE Units, not aftermarket units. If you were to take our unit and compare it to an ACTUAL aftermarket unit, you will see the quality difference, i.e. material used in the manufacturing process and workmanship. Bosch's OE Feed Tubes are produced 100% at a facility in Brazil. They are then sent off in bulk on plastic trays to be bagged-and-tagged if you will, with Bosch's packaging/part number. We have a direct relationship with the supplier that builds the tubes for the OE, that we can then take the responsibility on our own to package these at our cost. Out of all of the years in business, never have we had one lick of issues with the feed tubes as they are indeed OE. We apologize if you feel you were misinformed, but these are the facts and our Bosch Rep can confirm as well. Please feel free to give Brent (the owner) a call if you would like to be contacted by our Bosch Rep. We are Bosch Authorized and would not sell anything that would be misleading to their family and name.
I have been getting work done for years on my trucks at Lincoln Diesel. I’ve been more than satisfied every time Brent, Lauren and the whole team do great work. They are very knowledgeable on the products they sell and they don’t break the bank.

Everyone knows the issues LB7's have with injectors. This was the first time ordering with LDS and let me say. It was the best experience. Sales was very helpful answering all my questions. I definitely recommend LDS for all your diesel needs. Thanks Brent and the crew.

I don’t know who the lady is that works up front or for customer service but she deserves a raise. I had a few issues, left a review and she actually saw it. She called me 2 hours after they were closed to see if there was anything she could do to help me, just her taking the time out of her day to call and talk to me about it goes a long ways with me.
