Being single I needed a reliable place I could trust. They are honest & up front. Ive taken all my vehicles there for years. You won't be dissappointed!

They did a great body repair on my Camry and when my wife slid into a ditch they were there promptly and pulled her car out.

Vic's was able to immediately get me in the same day I called to get my driver's side window at least looked at and rolled up so I didn't have to deal with our chilly winter temperatures with just a piece of plastic covering the window.

Wanted to get estimate for body work and the lady said they are not going to give me an estimate unless I have the work done here very rudely on the phone. Also my girlfriend almost got ran off the rode by one of the tow truck drivers that cut her off. Seems like very unprofessional people that work for Vics auto. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I trust this shop for all our car care. From oil changes to body work to towing. Now, we even bought a car from them, and it was the most seamless experience I’ve ever had. They truly cared about the shape of the car before they sold it to us. Also, the office ladies are awesome! Especially Shelly who helped with all my pre-sale questions!

Had my car towed there even though it still ran, but was blowing white smoke from tail pipes. Tow drivers very nice! Mechanics and office lady's... I have it towed to diagnose what needed fixed on my car. They said fuel injector 1 and spark plug 1. I asked them to leave the engine top off and we'll have it towed back to put the parts in ourselves. My check engine light was the only light on the dash. I get my car back, insert the new parts, put the engine back together to notice a couple parts were missing. (long engine bolt and my air take manifold) they claimed they had my air take but not my bolt. Even though I had all five when I brought my car in. (Office lady's hung up on me when I asked what we do now?) Needless to say after getting those two parts back and inserting the new parts they claimed I needed, my car won't even attempt to start. The battery is good and shows now my traction control sensor on my dash. Which is new! I believe because I didn't want to complete service with them due to them giving me an estimate of $629 to change a spark plug and fuel injector, my car was tampered with. I paid them $188 for labor and tow. But being a female I feel played. I will never be back! And I will never recommend.
