I have been a car owner for nearly fifty years and have had a number of experiences with auto body shops over that time. Crash Champions offers by far the best experience I've had. Their work is flawless and their communications on the process and status is outstanding. I recommend them without reservation.

Edit: after a couple days of driving, I noticed my car pulling to the right. I called my insurance company who in turn told me to call Crash Champions to open another claim for a front end alignment. When I spoke to the service advisor, he said “I’ve never had an insurance company cover the cost of an alignment.” When I asked if the alignment was ever checked he said “No, because I didn’t see any damage to the tires or rims.” 🙄 But he would get back to me after calling the insurance company. A couple days later, he called to let me know that the insurance company wouldn’t cover the alignment (big surprise there). I also called my insurance company who said that it makes sense that the car would pull to the right since I hit the raccoon on the right side of my car. After that, crickets from both the insurance company and Crash Champions. I paid the $100 out of pocket to get my front end aligned even though I had brand new tires put on my vehicle just a couple months before this accident and had the vehicle aligned at that time. I’ll update this post with a pic of how out of alignment the front right was. I had front end damage from hitting a raccoon. Crash Champions did an amazing job at fixing my car. While they were fixing it, they found some old damage. Even with the extra work, that didn’t push the original deadline out even one day. Dan, my service advisor, was always communicating with me every step of the way. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was amazed at the great job they did. Dan showed me all of the work. Before I dropped the vehicle off for repair, a neighbor’s dog jumped on my hood leaving scratch marks. They even buffed out those scratch marks for me! They washed my car, hand dried it, cleaned the inside and even cleaned the door jambs. I am a very picky person when it comes to detailing my cars. This company did such an outstanding in every aspect - I will be happy to tell everyone about their exceptional service! If I could give them more than 5* I would! Thank you to everyone at Crash Champions! You’ve made a not so pleasant experience extremely pleasant ♥️

Very courteous and easy to work with.The crash repair was done to the Passenger side, front and rear door. They open and close perfectly, and no one could tell I had a accident. The paint matched perfectly. They also detailed my car at no charge before pick up. Highly Recommended.
