I stopped close to the end of the work day with a loose fender panel. Concerned whether it would be alright to drive a distance the next day. After my accident, we called around to different shops and every one had a long wait and turn around time for ordering parts/repairs. Calliber was available and picked up my vehicle at my home right away and got to work. They got an estimate to my insurance quickly and started ordering parts right away, and made sure they could get OEM parts too. They had to replace my front bumper, radiator, and fender and fixed my hood, core support, and both doors, as well as a bunch of other stuff. It only took them a week to get parts, paint, and have it ready for pick up. They even took it to another shop to get the new tires put on at the dealership. They cleaned and detailed the entire car, which was gross because I have a toddler, I'm pretty sure they even cleaned the goopy coins in my cup holders! The customer service was amazing. They took care of all the details so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend working with Matt and his entire team!
