I have nothing but good things to say about Caliber. Staff there is very friendly and professional at the same time. Had my front end of my Challenger repair there and their work is amazing!!!!!! Very open communication about the process and if you have questions they promptly answer them.

They did a great job with my car after I hit a deer. They were able to get my car towed in right away, got an estimate done quick, and got started. My experience was great from the first phone call to when I picked up my car. They keep you updated through the whole process as well. Also, my tri coat paint looks perfect! Thank you so much!

Shop was perfectly nice BUT had paint overspray on the black trim by the hood (which was removed subsequently), had a part off and laying on my seat from my car moonroof that had nothing to do with repair which they said I must have left. Came to pickup only to find all that and my hood release didn’t open. Couldn’t fix that on that day because the technicians were gone for the day. My repair looks good but all of the run around wasn’t great. They need better quality control on completing a repair.
