Not overly impressed at all, we bought a nice vehicle, but as soon as we drove it in rhe dark we discovered that the low beam on the headlights were as bad as having no headlights at all, my wife and I had to take time off of work on 3 occasions to take it in to get it fixed, 1 time they told us they even put brand new light fixtures in, we thought great, but next time we drove it in the dark it was even worse, either way, I gotta fix it myself after they said they will make it right, is what it is, but we, or nobody we know will ever buy anything from them again! Service guys are very shady, we can't afford to miss work anymore to deal with this

May 9, 2024Roger, thank you for your review. They all help. The offer to make it right still stands. It does happen from time to time that we order a new light or other part and it is defective too. We know this is inconvenient, but have continued to keep our offer open.

I would never go back and buy a car from these people. The car was only $8,000 and they sent in a loan request to the bank for $11,000 and I didn't get approved.

Apr 23, 2024Shelly, Thank you for your review. They all help. The car you were looking at was well over $8,000, plus tax, title and license fees. Plus an extended warranty for the initial ask to the lender. There was no inflation of pricing when submitting your credit information. Should there have been a possibility of approval. You then would have had the option to simply say yes or no to the extended coverage. We sure would have like to get an approval for you. We always do what we can to help with the resources we have.
