I have been coming into the Neenah location for about a year now and spent thousands in the shop just a few months ago. I am a full-time Uber driver and my vehicle is my only source of income . we are going into a holiday weekend after we just had 3 days of an air advisory causing people to stay indoors. money is low this week due to missing work because there was no work, and we all know rents due. my passenger headlight burnt out a couple days ago I have been banging my wrists and knuckles up for days trying to change it myself but it must be rusted in there I changed the driver side just fine a couple weeks ago by myself... Anyway I have the light bulb, it was an hour before their first appointment of the day and I just needed someone with stronger hands than me (like my mechanic) to take 30 seconds and give it a 1/4 counterclockwise turn so I could change my headlight and go to work this weekend. ... Absolutely refuse to work with me in any way. "all or nothing" they could maybe get me in at 3:30 and I would have to buy one of their light bulbs, ($35-50) due to the circumstances of the air advisory this week causing income numbers to plummet at work as a full-time Uber driver I literally don't have 50 bucks going into the weekend. Rn ... Up until now I have been very impressed with the shop and intended to come back for a long time.... 0/10 recommend I won't be back.

Decided to try them for the first time. Super impressed with the entire process. They were able to get me in the next day from when I called later in the afternoon the day prior. Dropped off in the morning and they provided a level of comfort from the start. By early afternoon my truck was all set to go. They provided helpful advice for the future. Don’t use the fancy metal caps for your valve stems (however cool they might look) use plastic only! I had 2 seize up on my rear back tires and I damaged my TPMS sensors trying to get them off. Will definitely use them again for future service needs!

Excellent auto business. Bill makes sure everything is done correctly. No trying to sell up. He will tell you what he recommends but you decide.

Bill that works at the counter is always very helpful, honest and kind. I thought my transmission was going out on my car. I was wrong and it was just bad gas, was very happy to see how honest they were with me. Free tire rotation and warranty on tires when purchased from them as well.

I come here for most of my service and all my tires! They’re awesome!
