Great mechanic shop. I've been to many shops, including franchise ones where they charge three times the price, wait for extended periods of time, just to find out the parts used through them are subpar and need to be warrantied, several times. Mechanics at this shop are straight forward, prompt where their schedule allows and fair on prices. Shop doesn't invest in all the advertising glamour, but it's because they invest that time into doing a good job. Definitely helped me out several times now.

I live south of Nashville TN and was visiting in Neenah. Before I left home, I had a flush and fill and new thermostat installed in my vehicle prior to my trip up north. By the time I pulled into the driveway in Neenah, I was leaking antifreeze. I was unable to get into a dealership in a timely fashion, but when I stopped into R&L… these gentlemen made it happen!! They were very welcoming, friendly and professional! I was very impressed with the speed that they diagnosed and repaired my vehicle and the cost did not break the bank. I highly recommend R&L! This will be my go-to repair whenever I roll into town! Thanks Guys!
