Paul, I am sorry you were not happy with your most recent visit. I understand you were here waiting for some time however, considering you were not scheduled, we worked you in. I encourage you to call around to get quotes on a bulb replacement for your 2009 Equinox and I am sure you will find that what you paid is definitely a fair price considering book time for that job is one hour shop labor and you were charged only the 30 minutes it took my tech to replace it. We even took the initiative to call other local shops to verify our prices were comparable.
