My son broke down about 6 miles from Tomah. I called a couple shops trying to find someone to help as soon as possible because my son is a student in LaCrosse. Zach said he was booked out about 2 weeks, which was sooner than other shops I called. The tow truck driver was awful and told us the car was probably not fixable. He had called a mechanic friend who said it was probably the timing belt so the engine was probably shot. After finally getting the car towed to Juracich, Zach called me just before 6 the night before Thanksgiving to “put my mind at ease”. He explained that the problem was not a timing belt but rather the water pump. My sons car doesn’t even have a timing belt. He said he would get the parts and would start the car early the following week. He was able to fix another issue while he had the car and was done within a week. Communication was consistent and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. When the car was done he offered to drive the car 40 minutes to where my son goes to college (his dad works there). He did just that! He picked my son up and my son dropped him off at is dads shop to get a ride back to Tomah. My son said he was very nice and so far all is good with the car. I would highly recommend Zach at Juracich Auto.

Great service, we had bad power steering lines and one of the guys actually came to where we were to check it out and gave us an estimate not long after that. They even fixed the car in less than a day, these guys are professionals. Excellent service, we will definetly come again.

Zack is by far the most honest and skilled mechanic I've ever had! When I found out he relocated to Wisconsin I was not happy. I'm 100% sure he will have many loyal customers at his new location as he really is the best out there!

Zach is a great mechanic and very kind! I felt really comfortable getting work done by him without worrying that he would try to sell me on work that I didn't need. He's always upfront about what absolutely needs to get done vs what would help to get done but might not be as urgent.

I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of domestic, AND foreign vehicles. Usually when it comes to European cars, it is hard to find a guy who can fix them right. Juracich Auto Repair was able to troubleshoot and repair my Volkswagen Jetta. The dealership has had problems doing what Zach did in a matter of hours. You will not be disappointed taking your ride here!

Zach was a true savior in our time of need. We were having some issues on our roadtrip from Montana to Pennsylvania and quickly found ourselves in an area we were unfamiliar with. With over 5 other auto shops to choose from I’m glad we went with Juracich. A very knowledgeable mechanic who went out of his way to also inform us of what to watch for down the line.
