They seem to have done a good job on my vehicle, but they weren't the greatest at communicating. I went in for an estimate (after making an appointment) and they gave me a quote. I went in a couple days later to make the appointment (for two weeks later). They said if I brought it in between 8-9am, it should be done by the end of the day. My appointment was for a Monday. When I brought it in Monday morning, they said that the computer generated that it would be complete by Friday. I was super confused and surprised, because I was told it would be done by the same day. They told me it definitely wouldn't be done by the end of the day, but probably would be done by the next day. Tuesday came and went and I only received generated texts saying how they were waiting for parts and then they'd work on it. That was confusing, too, because I made the appointment two weeks prior and assumed they would order the parts then. Wednesday afternoon I stopped in and they said that my vehicle was being worked on right then and it would be ready in a half hour. We showed up an hour later and they weren't quite done yet. When they finished, we noticed that they had missed some screws on my vehicle and that they were going to charge us almost $100 more than what they originally told us. We got them to give us the originally quoted price and they fixed the missing screw. Most of these issues weren't that bad, but none of them were really communicated upfront, which is what made it most frustrating. It was also inconvenient nit having a vehicle for almost three days, but I suppose that's better than being without a vehicle for five or more days... again, I appreciate the work they did and everything seems good, but the communication could have been better.
