Double charged me somehow $325 had to wait 3 days for refund. I know it was the banks that took so long. I would have not had to wait if they hadn't double charged me. Friendly though.
Definitely one of the strangest customer services experiences I have ever experienced. I went to the desk and told him the symptoms I was experiencing with my car. What I got in response was a blank stare. After awhile I could not stand the awkward silence anymore and asked, "So can you help me out?" The shop definitely needs to work on obtaining employees that can actually talk to people.
Pure class. I won’t go anywhere else. A relief in modern times.

Got home from work and found out that the wheel bearing on my truck was going out. We were able to get it to Wilkes when we were greeted by a man named Jim who unfortunately told us that it would be 2 weeks until we can get it fixed. He then listened to the noise coming from the truck and decided out of the kindness of his heart to get my truck in this afternoon instead of waiting and risking it. Jim was a very awesome guy!!! Our wheel bearing went and it was bad he fixed it no problem!!!! Thank you so very very much Jim!
I needed a wheel bearing replaced, and it was complete the next day at a fair price.
