I took my daughters car in to have a tire checked and they checked them all. They went over and above my expectations and all with great customer service! Would highly recommend!
Excellent service with very honest repairmen you can trust!
I took a road trip and noticed the noise from my muffler/s was much loader than previously. I usually go the dealer for maintenance, they were backed up and recommend Lake Country Tire. Long story short there was no immediate need to replace the muffler/s. Lake Country Tire could have easily told me I needed two mufflers, instead they were straight up with me and said the best fix is to listen to the radio louder. Next time I need tires and maintenance I'm coming here. Thankful for their honesty and timeliness. Revised 5.24.2022: had an issue with the AC. Don, Bill and the team ID'd it during a brake job, cleaned the rear AC line (stupid rear controls that no one ever uses) and I was on my way. The fix didn't stay, and Bill had explained the risk to me. So I brought it back. I am always prepared to pay for services that I ask for and receive. The team at Lake & Country Tire all but covered the cost of the repair for me. Don & Bill have on more than one occasion demonstrated that they're great mechanics and that they put their clients first. I will bring all of our vehicles here forever.
