I got my bolt evs battery recall done here and I'm not impressed. I had a issue in the past with this service center when they turned me away for the software update for the safety recall on my car, I end up having to travel out of my way to a dealership that would do it. This time upon reviving my car I had 2 tires at 28psi which is odd since I should have received a tire rotation that I paid for and my invoice specifically says that air pressures were checked. So who knows, I ended up rotating my tires elsewhere. Now i have another recall on my car and will probably go anywhere else for it to be done.

My first time buying a car and Mike and Pete made the experience really great. They answered all of my questions in depth and explained everything to me really well. They were really nice overall and I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone!

My car’s heat stopped working on Saturday night. Monday morning I called when they opened and they fit me in right away. I worked with Michael Thorpe and was very grateful for his patience and willingness to go above and beyond! They found an issue with my engine while they were diagnosing the heat problem, and were able to fix both in just one day. I will definitely be relying on Ewald for my car maintenance from now on.
