I've been in the car business for 10 years and I was blown away by the professionalism and service of Carisma. They have my business for life...it would be foolish to go anywhere else and waste time and money.

Garret was super helpful and knowledge when I first called about their services. We decided to do the Silver Ceramic Pro package, Front+Rocker PPF, and Ceramic Tint all around plus windshield. Car looks just like it did from the showroom every time I wash it. Very easy to maintain and gets lots of attention. Will definitely send anyone I can here! Update 4/14/23: Still 5 stars! I got scraped on my driver rear fender and had to have it repaired/repainted. Carisma helped redo the PPF and ceramic coat after the body shop did there part. The work done and service of their team was the same as when I saw them last year. Stop shopping around and bring your vehicle to them!

I had Carisma install all new JL Audio speakers with subwoofer including a compustar remote starter and alarm a year ago and from the beginning the audio stopped working from day 1. They were also not able to get all the compustar features to work. After taking it back to Carisma to fix the audio issue, it worked for awhile and now only 2 out of the 8 speakers are working at the moment. Since I have moved out of state, now I got to go to another shop to have them fix this issue when this should of never been an issue. I would expected a professional installation after spending over 7K on parts and labor.

Thank you to everyone at Carisma Customs for going way above and beyond when you absolutely did not have to. The exterior detail is absolutely flawless and beautiful & I cannot remember the last time the interior was so clean and fresh (the small child struggle is real). If I didn't know better, I'd think y'all just replaced the car I dropped off with a brand new one. I will definately be back for future details and will 110% highly recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you honestly is not enough for your kindness and the extremely high quality service you provide.

Just got my car ceramic coated from this business. First off, the level of professionalism and detail that they provided is off the charts commendable! Working with Garrett and his staff there has been a phenomenal experience. He kept me abreast of every step of the way, advised me of what I requested was too much or too little, and even offered a refund if part of their ceramic tinting work didn’t turn out the way they expected it to. It is hard nowadays to find business that stand. shins their work like the people at Carisma Customs. On top of that, they even did the DOOR JAMS! 🤯Stellar job!

Very Very Impressed........ Had to leave a review for this company. I am a middle aged women and love my car. I don’t have some of the really expensive cars that they work on but, my 2019 Honda Accord is my baby. I’ve had my vehicles at several details shops in the Waukesha and metro Milwaukee area. I’ve never been overly impressed or satisfied. I found Carisma Customs and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. They totally exceeded my expectations! I am not easy to please. These guys completely blew me away with how clean my car was. Unbelievable!!! EXCELLENT customer service. The staff was so nice and over the top friendly! I will be referring my friends and family. Thank you guys!

Did a Chrome delete on my Tesla Model S. Chad and his team did a great job. Great service, communication, price, etc. there is a reason this place is so busy! Love them. 5 stars for sure!
