Apr 24, 2024Mr. D Houston repair sometimes take longer then we originally anticipate. That is due to number of different factors/reasons mostly due to parts that shop is waiting on to be delivered from different suppliers. We try our best to keep our word with anticipated date of completion and we always let our customers know if repair will take an extra day to complete. Unfortunately it is not always in our control as we want our customers vehicles to be returned back to our customers just as if not more our customers want their vehicle back and it has nothing to do with shop unprofessionalism. We hope to show you our professionalism next time.
Came in for some body work a few months ago. They made it look brand new by the time I got my car back. Great place and really fair deals. I’ll be coming back to them if I ever need anything else.

I contacted VCA regarding a front bumper repair. Their service and sense of urgency was outstanding. My repair was completed within 48 hours and my bumper looks brand new. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone in the future.

If you have the money take it somewhere else, swapping out old parts for old parts is crazy Horrible customer service from the mamas boy

We do not swap old parts for old parts unless customer pays for used parts and it would state that on your invoice. Also not sure who you referring to as mamas boy? Almost magical ability to fix damaged vehicles to like new condition. Very quick and stick to their estimates.

Apr 24, 2024We are one of the most budget friendly shops in town. Way to expensive compared to? Sorry but we cannot compete to a back alley shops that have no overhead nor warranty for the repairs they do. There is a reason we have been in business for 35 years and being to expensive is not one of them!
So far they have the best mechanics in Milwaukee and they do professional diagnosing
