I had a car accident in alabama -and vehicle was supposed to be fixed in Alabama but by the time I got home it was rattling and a banging so I took it down to Matt and he took a ride with me and pretty much figured it out then.Got back to the shop and he got in on the hoist and basically fixed everything--even though I didn't have an appointment..Matt is always honest and they do good work on our vehicles..I would totally recommend them to anyone..

Matt is very unprofessional, he thinks he can holler and talk over people on the phone but wants to change his tone in person. Him and his technicians are far from mechanics when they up charge you 4x the amount a part cost. When it comes to diagnosing something they won’t tell you everything that’s wrong even though you ask so you keep having them work on your vehicle once they get it back together and call you telling you there diagnostics wasn’t correct. $470 later and 2 new injectors that costed them $25 each they charged me a $100 a piece on remanufactured injectors the truck still isn’t right and needs more work. I’m more than disappointed with them and they wouldn’t work out anything. I’d take my money anywhere but here

I've come here for a few years for service, mostly oil change and tire rotation. Friendly staff, good prices. Last month I got an oil change and tire rotation and everything went as expected. A week later I was traveling and my steering wheel was shaking so I went for an alignment (out of town). They wouldn't do an alignment until I got new tires as mine were worn (you could see the radials coming through). The tires were clearly worn on the insides (an indication you need an alignment). When I went to get new tires, I was told I needed new brakes, rotors and pads...things that should have been flagged when my tires were rotated. I can't fathom why the technician didn't say anything about the bad shape of my tires and brakes. I stopped in today to confirm the rotation was done, it was. I showed pictures of my tires to Matt, he was surprised and then more again about the brakes. He said he would talk to the technician and that he was sorry but what would have happened if a tire blew or my brakes failed? Either of those things could have cost me my life and worse, the lives of others. I won't go back, those are not small items to overlook.

I will not return or reccomend anyone to go there. We drove vehicle there to fix. Car was not leaking oil. Very next day, they call and say it would be $1500 to fix, and vehicle not drivable because oil leak was so bad?! What oil leak? I came to take vehicle home, and there was a puddle of oil under the truck. When I went to talk to them, the manager was conveniently gone, leaving people in the office that did not fix the vehicle. They were very nice but manager / owner was very unprofessional. After an hour, another very nice mechanic put enough oil to try and get me home. The estimate they gave us said the part would be almost $700. We called parts store and they said the part was 150 - 200$. They were trying to take advantage of people who are not experienced with cars. Worst type of mechanic and a reason why most people do not trust mechanics.
