Rachel in estimates in body shop is the reason I will never take my car here. I was required to get an estimate from here because they are certified with the insurance company, but she was incredibly unprofessional and demeaning. I am sure they do good work, and the man who also sat in the office was so nice and friendly, if I only had to deal with him I for sure would've brought my car here. I would highly suggest she take a course in basic human communication. Also I have followed up twice to get her to send the estimate to insurance, hopefully 3rd times a charm, useless.
