I was at a truck stop about two blocks away in West Salem, Mauston, Wisconsin. I woke up to dead batteries. Was able to start it pulled into the Kriete truck center. I walked in described the problem I had, the techs new immediately with the problem was. They took me in immediately we got it fixed for a very good price. Bad batteries. They could have upsold me but didn't. I appreciate that. They had it fixed and out the door in less than an hour. I can't say enough good about these guys.

I was an employee. I was let go without a reason and when I got my personal tool box from this location. Someone had gone through it and taken stuff. It was locked. And nothing was done about my missing tools and keys. Terrible place to work. Poorly ran shop. Do NOT work here. Or even do business.

They only had one out of the three parts that I needed on hand, the parts department is extremely slow in their systems are very outdated. They have virtually no POS system, and even a simple cash purchase of one item takes painfully long. Out of two stops at this business to purchase parts, both stops have been longer than 40 minutes. I most likely will not be returning to this dealership to purchase parts, but will instead purchase online. For anything generic, or non Volvo specific I will purchase from Allstate Peterbilt just down the road. The parts department needs some major changes, and upgrades, hopefully management will do something about this, or I'm sure they will lose more business than just mine.

Customer service was great but actual work on equipment not. Beware they like to overtighten items. Initial alternator issue said fixed left shop, pick up load and exact problem occurs take back did get fixed of course another charge. The person that worked on our vehicle cost us a new oil pan, coolant reservoir as well as washer fluid pump leak they said fixed lasted 1 day and same problem. Could be we just got the 1 person that didn't know what they were doing, but definitely won't return
