I was extremely satisfied with quality of the repairs, but it was completed within 2 weeks from first contact. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous. Their communications were great; they kept me up to date from the parts being ordered to the repairs being complete. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

This is the 2nd time our vehicle had been repaired by Caliber Collision. The service is great, updates were sent to me by text, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the repair work was excellent both times! I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision Onalaska, and the manager played a key role in making it special. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything went smoothly. The service and atmosphere were top-notch, thanks to the outstanding employees. Will definitely be back for future repairs!

Customer service was amazing! Had a few questions before repairs and they were able to answer them! they were great keeping me updated.
David worked with me as I was on Military orders to get the job done in a timely manner. They took the time to put the vehicle back together all the way. I was missing a plastic mounting cover and they took the vehicle back. They immediately acknowledged it and scheduled me for a follow up.
