Quality work, reasonable price, and very easy to work with. The quote that was based on just an error code and a description over the phone was fairly accurate, and there was great communication from Welk's as they learned more once they got hands on.
I have been going to Welk's for a number of years, always very pleased with their straightforward, honest service. Welk's hasn't missed a step since changing ownership a few years back, nor since changing location. They recently were able to help save a family road trip, as two days before we were to leave my AC suddenly failed. A quick call to Luis, the owner, and he got my vehicle in and repaired in short order. These guys are terrific.
This place does work on food trucks by appointment, Luis the guys do great work...
These guys do amazing work. Pulled off a miracle on my truck. Recommend them to anybody and everyone.

Welks Auto is top notch! Luis is such a great owner and so helpful! He dealt with my auto warranty holder and got everything figured out with me having to do nothing! Just an FYI.. WELKS is moving to 76th and Layton where Monro auto used to be. Great service and very helpful. I've been a customer for years. Still one of the best Auto Garages in Greenfield. I will continue to take my vehicles there!

I drove off of I94 with a car issue unable to go any further…being from out of town I was nervous about where to get my car looked at, if anyone could get me in. They fit me in even though they were full and busy…John figured out the problem and fixed it that morning…I can’t say enough good about how they treated me with such compassion and kindness…THANK YOU! They even texted me the day after to check in and follow up on the car! Why can’t all businesses be like this??

600% mark-up on a part is Not good business it highway robbery! Customer's be aware. Do your homework first, do not trust this business they are ripping you off.

May 23, 2023Jenny, there is no mark up to that extent and you are simply misinformed. You were sold a factory OEM part. Your lazy random search online on the cost of a similar generic part is not a good benchmark for comparison to what you were sold. You were offered a full refund which you refused. I would prefer that rude and dishonest customer like yourself look elsewhere for service.
