Both Tom and Adam were so helpful and pleasant. Not only did they save the day by squeezing my repairs in same day they are very well priced and customer service oriented. Most definitely my new go to shop when I need work done on my car. Thank you very much for everything Total Auto Repair.

I had called Tom, at Total Auto Repair to get my 2010 Kia looked at. My wife was complaining of squeaking and knocking in the front end. I had called around to the previous car repair facilities that I had gone to the last two or three times for repairs. All the pricing I found was crazy expensive. I assumed I needed front struts. So that's what I was getting quotes on. My wife had told me about Total Auto Repair, she heard from a friend. I had never heard of them, I decided to call. First, I found them to be very polite and knowledgeable. Which is how it should be. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule with only a 3 day wait. Everywhere else was weeks or more. I'm finding that it's not because the organization is busy, they can't find any decent employees to work or they're just slow. After dropping my wife's car off. About an hour later, they called me with what they had found. The struts were leaking but did not have to be replaced. Both lower ball joints were bad, and it appeared that the previous brake job I had done less than a year ago, had the wrong rotors & shoes in the front. I don't have a lot of time and/or space to rant and rave about the other car repair facilities. Let's just say I will never go back any of those repair facilities again. In summary, the other facilities I had used for my car repair either overcharged me, used wrong parts for repair, or get your car filthy inside every time you take it there.. I was so pleased to be told the truth about the vehicle, I decided to get all the work done from Tom at Total Auto Repair. That included two front struts, ball joints, tie rod ends, front rotors, and shoes. Not only was I very excited about this quote, but they were able to do all the work that day. Drop it off at eight and picked it up at five. Not only was the work done in a timely fashion, it was done properly the first time, the inside of my wife's car may have been cleaner when they got done. No greasy footprints on the floor, no greasy hand prints on the steering wheel and or inside driver's door. There pricing was fantastic. I will be taking all three of my vehicles to Total Auto Repair in the future. I would just like to say thank you to Tom and the guys at Total Auto Repair for a Polite, Clean, Affordable, experience. Thank you again, Andy Ohman I have gone back to see Tom & the guys at Total Auto. This time I took my Toyota Camry to get tires. Fortunately I was able to get an appointment with in approximately a week, as these gentlemen stay pretty busy. After I dropped off my car in the morning, Tom called to let me know what he found. Which took me by surprise because I just was getting a set of tires. It seems that the last repair facility I had taken my Toyota to for tires stripped and/or ruined 3 of the studs. It was a real good thing I never got a flat tire. I don't know that I would've been able to remove the rim. This happens to be the same repair facility that I was complaining about above. So after Tom & the guys fixed my damage studs, mounted my new tires, I was on my way. I will continue to use Tom & the gentleman at Total Auto. As far as the other repair facility, I don't know how they stay in business.. I would just like to say thank you to Tom & the guys at Total Auto for a Polite, Clean, Affordable, Professional, Trustworthy experience. Thank you again, Andy Ohman
