I recently had some scratches repaired on my vehicle at Tender Car. The paint work looks good but the customer service experience was awful. Long story short, my car was completed on a Thursday but I did not get it back until the following Wednesday. When I arrived to pick up the car at the location I dropped it off at, I was told it was at another location. No one had told me this when they called me to say it was ready to pick up. It took 6 days of phone calls and visits to the shop to get it transported to my side of town. They promised every day that it would be there "tomorrow" but it took numerous phone calls and visits to the shop to make that happen. They could save themselves a lot of time by returning phone calls and getting cars to customers on time to avoid the unnecessary extra calls and questions. Such a frustrating experience.
