Always very friendly and they get the job done right.

I pull up as soon as they were opening. I spoke to a repair guy and he said it will be about 30 minutes ( cool, I waited) Then 30 minutes came and passed and he offers his service to a person that literally just pulled up. I couldn't believe what I just witnessed so I get out and I asked, did they forget about me and he never opened his mouth to respond so I got offended. The lady at the counter wasn't so pleasant either! She buds in and responds with an ugly attitude and says, well you were just sitting there. I will EVER go back and I don't recommend my worst enemy there. They need to work on customer service and better work ethic!

So we took 587 there for an oil change. They got us in quick and we watched the end of Matt Walsh on Dr. Phil in the waiting room. Then, a courtroom show was on and this lady wanted to sue the caterer because they gave her gluten pasta and she needed gluten free and she ended up in the hospital. But, when the whole story came out, it turns out she added 25 extra guests to the list the morning of the wedding. Then, she's all mad because she's the mother of the bride and " She should be served first" so she barges into the kitchen and yells at the caterer's assistant. The assistant didn't know anything about the gluten free thing, so she makes a plate of regular pasta and serves it to angry mother of the bride and she ends up riding the amber lamps to the hospital. The judge sees how mother of the bride lady pretty much caused the problem herself by adding more guests and then not being able to wait for her gluten free pasta, so she actually rules that she needs to pay the caterer for the extra people they had to serve. Good for her! Then the oil change was done and we went back to Capitol.
