I gave 5 stars because Dontario is always so nice and respectful when I’ve gone to get my car serviced and encountered him. This time I was there due to a light for needing to service the start/stop system. He mentioned it could be that it needs an update or a battery issue. When he said a possible battery issue I mentioned I had just paid $1200 for two different batteries my car needed only a year ago. He assured me that if it was a battery issue that it should be covered under the warranty. When I got the call he told me that one of the batteries had to be replaced but it was covered under the warranty so I did not have to pay the diagnostic fee I was quoted either. He didn’t push any other issues like I’ve dealt with in the past. I don’t feel like he tries to get you for every penny like is common when going to the dealership to get your vehicle serviced. I appreciate how he is with customers and a very respectful guy.

The person over the phone in the service department(I believe her name was Megan) was phenomenal with her excitement and exceptional customer service. She was efficient, informative, and knowledgeable & it was helpful to be able to depend upon a company to fulfill my vehicle needs while I was out is state.
