Incredible staff. They answer the phone. They listen to your problem. They communicate clearly. They go above and beyond. They are very hard working. There was only one guy working the day we came in and he was running around all over the place covering absolutely everything but nothing slipped through the cracks. He was so respectful and I felt very well taken care of.
Make it so everyday needs like battery replacement can be taken care of regardless of if we buy it from you. It shouldn’t be $140 an hour to change a battery…that’s not reliable.
You should have some people on your team who are learning and can take care of easy tasks above your pay grade.
30 minutes in and out! Super service and they had my battery in stock!
Eric is great
Eric was incredible to work with! I was at a concert from out of town when my car broke down. Eric fixed my vehicle in a day and even changed my oil and replaced my wipers too. He’s very friendly and reliable. Highly recommend!!!
The guys here work fast, reliably, and have always had fair prices. I take my car here even though I live an hour away now because of how courteous and willing to help these guys are.
