I had taken my 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid here since it was having a crack in the bumper. They said bumper had to be replaced so it will take a week for the parts to arrive after they order. However after letting me know the part is arrived, I dropped in the car, and they realized the part they ordered was wrong and finally gave me an alternative to repair the existing crack in the bumper for the same price. I agreed to it and and the bumper looks like new after the repair. The downside was a little inconvenience due to the mess up in the part they ordered as I had to wait longer to get my car back.
