Called for a diagnostics on my car and the guy over the phone instantly told me a month as he heard I was black..Milwaukee honestly sucks with auto shops but this one was just absurd and very prejudice and unprofessional

BS. We have all colors and creeds here. Take a drive by and you’ll find all types of humans interacting. You’ll also see an overloaded parking lot and tired employees keeping up. We’re a month out and I recommend you reserve a spot now because they fill up fast.

I was going to give up on my sons 2013 VW GTI. It was fouling one of the plugs to the point that I had a 4 pack in the car with a wrench ready to go. It would happen in less then 20 miles. They checked the compression in the cylinders and they all came out fine. Ultimately Bill figured out that we had to use a heavier weight oil with a Lucas additive. Car is running great since 300+ miles. Thanks Guys.

I waited almost a month to get in, but it was well worth it. So many places told me I needed a new transmission, but Matt’s shop knew more about bmw and how gm transmission came with a defected part. Which causing the transmission to malfunction once broke. I am not sure about other’s experience, but they’ve worked on my bmw twice and I think they have the best prices and service in town. My car was running and done the very next day. There isn’t a lot of honest work out there so when you find a business like this people line up. I mean look that their lot. People are lined up for the quality service. Thanks to these guys. I’m back on the road. Highly recommended!!!
