Jerry's Certified Service is amazing. We have had our company van in a different shop and wanted a second opinion because it just wasn't making sense what they were telling us. As expected, it was 1/3 of the cost!!. Then we had our personal vehicle in to yet a different shop, and they told us we had all these things wrong, and we said but that's not even what we brought it in for and those parts don't even look worn. Took it to Jerry's. He showed us how they lied to us and those parts, there was nothing wrong with. We now take all our personal vehicles as well as the rest of our company vehicles there. We could not ask for better service. I highly recommend you take your vehicle there, even if for just a second opinion. He is honest and goes way above and beyond for his customers. We will not go to another dealership or shop again! UPDATE: A follow up on that vehicle that the other shop/dealership said needed parts replaced immediately. It has been 4 years and still doesn't need those parts repaired or replaced.

Jerry's Certified Service is always available when I need a tow. He fixes it right the first time for a fair price. When I get my car back I am sure he did the work I was charged for. I have been a satisfied customer for years.

Jerry has always been there for anyone who needs help with their vehicles. He has helped me multiple time without hesitation. He is trustworthy and beyond knowledgeable. Everyone wants an excellent seasoned mechanic that he can trust. Jerry is just that mechanic. He can fix anything, and he absolutely loves his work, it is very obvious. He keeps you very well-informed and explains things very well.

The owner of this establishment Sold a used car to my aunt for way over cost. It was filthy gross inside! After only driving it maybe fifty miles, it wouldn’t even start. He towed it and then charged her another $500. The car never had proper maintenance: such as oil change; transmission fluid flushed, power steering fluid changed ect . I just took her car in to my personal mechanic to have the transmission drained and was informed that she needs another $500. Worth of work done, as she needs a passenger side stabilizer link replaced because it is broken. As well as both tie rods. Not to mention that this “owner “ was supposedly a personal friend. Not someone I’d want as a friend or mechanic. More like a back stabbing, money hungry, preying on the elderly , jerk!

Oct 23, 2023It seems as though you do not know the whole story. Your aunt came to me needing repairs to her previous car. After checking her car out the repairs were quite costly and I suggested to maybe search out for a newer car. She asked me if I could help her to look for a car so I did as she stated she needed a car soon. I found this 2006 Toyota Camry for her that was in good condition and clean. Yes the car was clean, so your comment about it being filthy is untrue. I went to look at the car on a Saturday morning for your aunt. I was informed of the problems that were wrong with it. I drove the car, and the car’s owner to your aunts house for her to look at it. With the owner present I told your aunt everything that was wrong with the car and what would need to be fixed. Your aunt stated she was ok with the few issues and the price for the car. So I drove the owner back to her house and paid her for the car per the request of your aunt. I got the car down to my shop and had it emission tested to confirm it would pass and she wouldn’t have to go do it herself. Once she took ownership of the car I told her to drive it around and let me know if any issues were presenting themselves and to let me know. When the car would not start, she waited a month to call and tell me about it. I came and towed it in and it needed a starter. I DID NOT CHARGE HER FOR THE STARTER OR THE TOW. I also fixed the reasoning for the horn not working, the airbag light, and the power outlet for her phone charger…all that she knew about that didn’t work. I did not own the car at all, I helped her purchase this car. I told her she would probably need to do some maintenance to it but at that moment, it was fine. If you are that upset about all of this, you have 2 weeks...you can bring me your receipt for the repair you had done, bring me the car, and the title and I will give you all your money back and she can have her old car back. Also, when you show your aunt Sandy this, please have her call me, I'd like to talk with her
I have been using Jerry's certified service for decades. He always gives me a fair price and QUALITY WORK THAT ALWAYS FIXES THE PROBLEM!! I have had all the vehicles at my job transferred to Jerry's for fleet maintenance due to his reliability and our inability to have multiple other shops provide quality work!!! It's refreshing to find someone who knows what he's doing on almost any maker model car I've ever brought to him, finds the problem the first time, and fixes it right! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY PERSONALLY OR PROFESSIONALLY!!!!!
