I've gone there in the past for tire repairs, and while they have done good work in the past, I cannot recommend them any more. Today I tried contacting them about making an appointment and a young lady picked up and immediately started going, "Hello? Hello?" as if she couldn't hear. At this point I called with my office phone, thinking that something was wrong, same result. Since it's extremely unlikely that both phones were not working, my guess is they were refusing to take orders and did not want to admit so. After waiting a moment to try calling again, I received a notice that "This mailbox is not set up" (after I have left messages for them just that morning) so good luck even contacting them to get any work done. I have been a loyal customer for years, but the work is only good if they can be reached to do so and I will have to unfortunately start looking into other options
