TLDR; This place went above and beyond what you would expect from a normal auto repair place. I called the day before and setup an appointment. When I dropped off the car, they offered a complimentary ride back to my apartment. When they finished with the inspection, they sent a link with a detailed list of the inspection, with pictures, of what is good, what needs immediate attention, and what needs future attention. After this link was, sent they call with a follow up on your car to ask what you would like to do and pricing. They never pushed a product or the items that need immediate attention. The next day, after the repair, I received a little thank you text with a picture of the Greitens auto service. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop.
Great customer service, fantastic and reliable work, and overall an incredible experience. They have worked on several of our cars, and they have always done a great job.

They took away emissions, which sucks. But other than that super friendly staff.

Great service! Kept me up to speed on the progress. I think the longest wait was getting the parts from the dealer. But completed the job pretty quickly after the parts were received. Identified the issue quickly.
