Excellent people... excellent work in a cost effective way. Got my front bumper repaired just in one hour. Very nice and skilled people.

Always do a thorough job finding out what any problems are and never nickel and dime you to get things you don't need. Have come here twice and been very satisfied with the service.

My daughter, who lives in Milwaukee, had an unexpected car emergency on Monday. We are an hour and half away and could not get to her. With the help of a friend, she was able to get her car towed to East Side Auto that afternoon. She is need of her car daily for work and school. We would have had to drive down and give her a car to borrow, which would have been a difficult arrangement. However, East Side Auto had her hose replaced and even an oil change completed by 5:30 that same day. It was a huge relief to us as her parents. We would definitely use them again if our daughter is in need. Thanks for helping this parent worry a little bit less about her daughter away at college.
My car was hit overnight and the side mirror was damaged and broken. I called East Side Auto and I was able to bring my car in that same day, compared to having to wait a month for other places. They fixed my car in two days for a great price and a high-quality service!
Honest business man!!! I was there for my car’s brake pad, and they inspect and suggested me to change the brake rotor. They had done with the cheapest price for both parts and labor. Besides that they fixed my bumper and inspected the engine free of cost. Great experience with them.
